Quality Control Inspection System
Strict quality control of raw materials
Conduct testing on each batch of base oil, and only accept the shipment after the sample passes inspection. Keep detailed records of the base oil's testing to provide original technical data for formulations. Quality is strictly controlled from the source.
Standardized and systematic quality inspection system
Conduct comprehensive testing on blended oils. After each batch is blended, samples are taken for testing, and only after passing the test can the oil be pumped into the semi-finished product tank. Record the indices and retain samples. All product samples must be kept for at least one year.
